Nika is operated by a Monaco company and runs on servers in the European Union. Your data sits under European privacy law — it is not held by a US provider subject to the US Cloud Act.

Private by default

Your chats, reports and scheduled runs are private to your account. Nothing you make is public unless you share it — and when you do share, the link is yours to password-protect or revoke at any time.

Do Not Train

Your questions and your content are not used to train AI models — not Nika's, not anyone else's.

Do Not Share

Nika does not sell your personal data and does not share it for advertising. What you write stays between you and Nika.

The documents

Both documents are live today as clearly-marked drafts while Nika is in pre-launch; the ratified, dated versions will be published at the same addresses. A dedicated cookie policy is in preparation and will be linked here when it is published.
