What we collect
- Your email address, and a name if you give us one.
- The questions you ask and the answers Nika returns.
- Usage counters — searches, reports and credits — so plans and limits work.
- Billing records where you have bought a plan or credits.
How we use it
To run the service you asked for: answer your questions, apply your plan limits, bill you correctly, and email you about your account.
Training
Nika does not train models on your chats or sessions. Your data is your data.
Sharing
Nika does not sell your data to third parties.
Your controls
Your data controls live in Settings → Privacy. To have an account and its data removed, write to support@asknika.ai — see Delete account for what happens to your data.
GDPR & data rights
Nika is hosted and governed in the EU / Monaco. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing.
Exercise these rights any time from Settings → Privacy, or by writing to support@asknika.ai — we respond within 30 days. Deleting your account is described under Delete account.
